What is The Arc Summer Day Camp? Group games, arts & crafts, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and bowling are only a few of the great activities scheduled for camp! Camp counselors are all experienced teachers and aids who have worked with kids with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Visual supports will be provided to help with daily schedules, transitions and basic routines and expectations. We will provide sensory stimulation toys and activities to help enhance your child's development. Who can come? All self-advocates interested in helping must have reliable transportation to and from Ida Reed Park & the trash pick-up location. Carpooling to and from the trash pick- up location may be possible.
