The Beaumont Buddy Walk is an annual event that raises awareness for individuals with Down syndrome living in Southeast Texas. This year's walk is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th and will be held at the Beaumont Event Centre. Last year over 2,000 people participated in the Beaumont Buddy Walk. This event will allow members of the press to find out what this exciting event is all about! All proceeds from The Beaumont Buddy Walk benefit Arc of Greater Beaumont Programs that help "create endless possibilities" for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Southeast Texas.
