The Arc of Greater Beaumont is proud to be the recipient of the 2015 Texas Country Reporter and Mueller Inc. Helping Hand Project. Mueller Inc. employees will be on site October 5th thru October 8th building a 4,000 square foot metal building for The Arc of Greater Beaumont. This building will become The Arc’s Multi-Purpose Building and will be utilized to house all The Arc’s current programs and activities. Once the building in complete The Arc will not only continue to provide its current programs and services but, will be able to expand upon these services to meet the every growing needs of the special population we serve.
The building process will by filmed by Texas Country Report (TRC) and The Arc of Greater Beaumont will be showcased on their 2015 Thanksgiving Episode.
Volunteers are needed from October 5th to October 8th to help provide set up and take down tables and chairs each day, provide ice cold water and Gatorade, and serve lunch and snacks. On Thursday, October 8th the community is invited to attend the building dedication ceremony.
